I use a premade sambosa layers, that you can find in middle eastern grocery stores.
-
-
Fold the sambosa layers into triangles, make sure your edges are clean and equal.
-
-
fold to the other side to make another traingle
-
-
Now you have just created a space enough for some filling
-
-
fill it up with any kind of stuffing.
-
-
I used the classic ground beef stuffing, with spices, garlic, onions, and cilantro.
-
-
now wrap it up again into traingles
-
-
last section you need the glue!
-
-
to tighten up the sambosa you can glue it with a a mdium thickness mixture of white flour and water, it will help tighten up your sambosa when you fry it later.
-
-
-
I used just a little bit of oil , to reduce the calorie intake, you can fry it with more oil if you wanted.
-
-
-
Voila!! 🙂
Another filling that I used is my favorite feta cheese filling with diced onions, thyme, and cilantro.
Mix all the ingredients and you are ready to rock your Sambosa!
Thank youuuu!!! You make it looks so nice AND easy:)
